1. Accessing the Registration Portal
Begin by opening your preferred web browser and navigating to the official registration page at Link Registration It is essential to use a reliable internet connection to ensure that the registration process is smooth and uninterrupted.

The registration portal is designed to be user-friendly. Once the page loads, you will see a form that requires your personal and academic details. This page is the gateway to all subsequent steps, so be sure to review the instructions on the page carefully.
2. Account Verification
Creating an account is the first step in the registration process. It not only secures your information but also allows you to manage your submissions, receive updates, and access additional resources related to the conference.
2. Step-by-Step Process
To create a new account, start by finding and clicking the button labeled “Register” or “Create New Account” on the website or platform. This will lead you to a registration form where you need to fill out your details accurately. Provide your full name as it appears on official documents for identification purposes, and use an email address that you check frequently—preferably a Gmail or institutional email—for important communications. Set a strong, secure password using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters while avoiding problematic ones like #, &, ^, or %.
Once you’ve entered all the required information, review your inputs carefully to ensure there are no errors. After verifying the details, click the “Submit” or “Confirm” button to complete the process. Your account is now ready, and you’ll be able to access the system using your email and password.
3. Submit Your Information
Once all fields are filled in, click the submit button to create your account. At this point, your details are sent to the system for processing.

The system sends an automatic email to the address you provided to verify that you are the owner of that email. This step is crucial to ensure that further communication regarding your registration and conference details reaches you.

After activation, your registration details will undergo manual review by an administrator. This process ensures that all the information you provided is accurate and complete. Once the admin approves your registration, you’ll receive another email containing your login password. Use this password along with your registered email to access your account.

After your account has been activated and approved, log in using your email and the password you received.

Start by entering your full name accurately as it appears on official documents, along with your contact information, such as a telephone number (preferably accessible via WhatsApp) and a complete postal address. Additionally, provide your date of birth and gender, as these details are typically required for demographic statistics and event planning.
In the academic and professional section, include the full name of your institution or organization and specify your user status—whether you are a presenter (eligible to submit abstracts or papers) or a non-presenter. Note that this choice is final and cannot be modified later. You will also need to indicate your highest level of education to help organizers tailor the conference experience. Provide a brief description of your research interests or area of expertise to assist in categorizing submissions and organizing relevant sessions. Lastly, complete the CAPTCHA or security code challenge to confirm you are a genuine user, ensuring the security and integrity of the registration process.
3. Final Review
Before submitting, review all the details carefully. Ensuring accuracy at this stage is crucial as any mistakes can affect your participation and may be difficult to correct later.
5. Confirmation and Further Steps
After submitting your registration form and completing any required payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a unique registration number, which serves as your reference for all future communication. Additionally, the email will provide an official invitation letter, often necessary for visa applications or making travel arrangements.
Once your account is active, you will gain access to the submission portal. Through this portal, you can log in to submit abstracts, full papers, or any other required documents. The submission portal will also function as your primary hub for accessing conference materials and receiving updates throughout the event.
2. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during any step of the registration process, a help link (“CLICK HERE”) is provided on the registration page. Use this link to access troubleshooting guides or contact support directly.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you decide that you must cancel your registration, you must notify the ACRS 2025 Secretariat via email before the specified deadline (e.g., November 10, 2025).

Please note that once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable. It is advised to secure travel insurance that covers cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.
