Welcome to the ACRS 2025. This page provides detailed instructions and guidelines on the registration process, payment methods, fee structures, and important dates. We encourage all participants, including presenters (both oral and poster), to read these guidelines carefully to ensure a seamless registration experience.

1. Registration Instructions

All participants, including presenters of both oral and poster presentations, are required to complete the registration process and submit the applicable registration fee based on their designated participant category.

1. Early Bird Registration Incentive

To reward early commitment and streamline our administrative process, we are offering a discounted registration fee for those who complete their payment on or before July 20, 2025. Early registrants will not only benefit from reduced fees but will also receive priority access to limited-availability workshops and networking events.

2. Comprehensive Registration Package

The registration fee encompasses a comprehensive package designed to enhance your conference experience. This includes access to lunch and two refreshment breaks daily, a welcome dinner reception for networking, and full access to all conference sessions (excluding the General Conference of AARS, which requires separate registration).

3. Online Registration Period

The online registration portal will be accessible from March 1, 2025, until the opening day of the conference. We strongly encourage participants to register early to avoid any last-minute complications and to secure their spot.

4. Final Online Payment Deadline

The final deadline for all online payments is November 10, 2025. Payments received after this date may not be processed, and participation cannot be guaranteed.

2. General Registration Process

To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow these detailed steps.

Begin by opening your preferred web browser and navigating to the official registration page at Link Registration It is essential to use a reliable internet connection to ensure that the registration process is smooth and uninterrupted.

2. What to Expect
The registration portal is designed to be user-friendly. Once the page loads, you will see a form that requires your personal and academic details. This page is the gateway to all subsequent steps, so be sure to review the instructions on the page carefully.

2. Account Verification

1. Purpose of an Account
Creating an account is the first step in the registration process. It not only secures your information but also allows you to manage your submissions, receive updates, and access additional resources related to the conference.

2. Step-by-Step Process
To create a new account, start by finding and clicking the button labeled “Register” or “Create New Account” on the website or platform. This will lead you to a registration form where you need to fill out your details accurately. Provide your full name as it appears on official documents for identification purposes, and use an email address that you check frequently—preferably a Gmail or institutional email—for important communications. Set a strong, secure password using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters while avoiding problematic ones like #, &, ^, or %.

Once you’ve entered all the required information, review your inputs carefully to ensure there are no errors. After verifying the details, click the “Submit” or “Confirm” button to complete the process. Your account is now ready, and you’ll be able to access the system using your email and password.

3. Submit Your Information
Once all fields are filled in, click the submit button to create your account. At this point, your details are sent to the system for processing.

3. Account Verification

1. Why Verification is Important:
The system sends an automatic email to the address you provided to verify that you are the owner of that email. This step is crucial to ensure that further communication regarding your registration and conference details reaches you.

2. Verification Process
After registering, check your email within a few hours (usually within 3 hours) for a message from the ACRS 2025 system. If it’s not in your inbox, make sure to inspect your spam or junk folder. Once you find the email, open it and click the provided activation link. This step confirms your email address and activates your account, enabling you to move forward.

After activation, your registration details will undergo manual review by an administrator. This process ensures that all the information you provided is accurate and complete. Once the admin approves your registration, you’ll receive another email containing your login password. Use this password along with your registered email to access your account.

4. Completing the Registration Form

1. Logging In and Filling Out Additional Details
After your account has been activated and approved, log in using your email and the password you received.

2. Information You Need to Provide
When registering, you will need to provide detailed personal, academic, and professional information. Start by entering your full name accurately as it appears on official documents, along with your contact information, such as a telephone number (preferably accessible via WhatsApp) and a complete postal address. Additionally, provide your date of birth and gender, as these details are typically required for demographic statistics and event planning.

In the academic and professional section, include the full name of your institution or organization and specify your user status—whether you are a presenter (eligible to submit abstracts or papers) or a non-presenter. Note that this choice is final and cannot be modified later. You will also need to indicate your highest level of education to help organizers tailor the conference experience. Provide a brief description of your research interests or area of expertise to assist in categorizing submissions and organizing relevant sessions. Lastly, complete the CAPTCHA or security code challenge to confirm you are a genuine user, ensuring the security and integrity of the registration process.

3. Final Review
Before submitting, review all the details carefully. Ensuring accuracy at this stage is crucial as any mistakes can affect your participation and may be difficult to correct later.

5. Confirmation and Further Steps

1. What Happens Next
After submitting your registration form and completing any required payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a unique registration number, which serves as your reference for all future communication. Additionally, the email will provide an official invitation letter, often necessary for visa applications or making travel arrangements.

Once your account is active, you will gain access to the submission portal. Through this portal, you can log in to submit abstracts, full papers, or any other required documents. The submission portal will also function as your primary hub for accessing conference materials and receiving updates throughout the event.

2. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during any step of the registration process, a help link (“CLICK HERE”) is provided on the registration page. Use this link to access troubleshooting guides or contact support directly.

6. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process
If you decide that you must cancel your registration, you must notify the ACRS 2025 Secretariat via email before the specified deadline (e.g., November 10, 2025).

2. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable. It is advised to secure travel insurance that covers cancellation fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Registration Fees

We understand that investing in professional development is a significant decision. Therefore, we have designed a flexible and affordable registration fee structure to accommodate participants from diverse backgrounds, including international attendees, local participants, and students.

Early Bird Registration (March 1 – July 31, 2025)

We appreciate your commitment to planning your participation early. To reward this, we are offering special Early Bird rates for participants who complete their payment on or before July 31, 2025.

Foreign Participants

This rate applies to all international participants who do not fall under the student category.

Foreign Students

This discounted rate is exclusively for international students enrolled in higher education institutions outside of Indonesia.

Local Participants

This rate is applicable to participants residing in Indonesia.

Local University Students

This special rate is for students enrolled in universities within Indonesia. Participants must present a valid student ID card during registration.

Normal Registration (July 27 – October 27, 2024)

For participants registering after the Early Bird period, we offer regular registration rates, valid from July 27, 2024, to October 27, 2024.

Foreign Participants

This rate includes full access to all conference sessions, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks.

Foreign Students

International students registering during this period can still benefit from a discounted rate by providing valid proof of student status.

Local Participants

This rate grants access to all conference activities and relevant materials.

Local University Students

Local students can take advantage of this rate by presenting a valid student ID card.

Important Notes

We believe that this fee structure offers excellent value for a comprehensive conference experience. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the Early Bird rates and ensure your participation in ACRS 2025.

4. Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment methods to accommodate your preferences

1. Online Payment (Credit Card)

We accept Visa and Mastercard for online transactions. This method is secure, convenient, and provides immediate confirmation of payment.

2. Bank Transfer (International and Local)

3. Onsite Payment (Cash Only)

Onsite payments are accepted in cash (Rupiah or USD) and are exclusively for participants who have completed the online registration process.

5. Payment Confirmation Process

To ensure your registration is fully processed and confirmed

1. Upload Payment Proof

If you pay via bank transfer, upload a clear copy of your bank slip to the registration system

2. Registration Number Requirement

Your payment proof must include your registration number. Payments without this number cannot be verified.

3. Retain Payment Documentation

Keep a copy of your payment slip until you receive official payment confirmation from the ACRS 2025 Official.
